Pajak dan Jalanan Bopeng
Baru tahun ini Asbun punya NPWP. Tapi bukan berarti dia belum pernah bayar pajak, selama puluhan tahun pajak langsung dibayarkan oleh perusahaan tempatnya bekerja. Tapi baru tahun ini dia bikin SPT dan melaporkan pajaknya. Asbun sempat terpana lihat jumlah pajak penghasilan yang dibayarkan dari gajinya setahun, ternyata lumayan juga. Mungkin karena sebelumnya tidak pernah bikin SPT maka dia tidak begitu sadar dengan jumlah itu.
Setelah “aware” dengan jumlah pajak penghasilan yang dibayarkan sekarang Asbun malah jadi psikotik karena tiap hari kena serangan senewen alias dongkol.
Ceritanya Asbun kalau berangkat kerja harus menempuh perjalanan 51 kilometer pulang pergi. Dari 51 kilometer itu jalan yang rusak alias bopeng-bopeng ada 17 kilometer atau 33 % nya. Jalanan bopeng yang 33 % itu justru makan waktu 60 % dari total durasi perjalanan. Ya karena jalanan aspalnya ancur jadi hanya bisa dilalui dengan kecepatan merambat mirip siput. Belum lagi kalau Asbun kesiangan dikit, barisan kemacetan bisa mengular naga. Dan ini harus dijalani Absun tiap hari dalam hidupnya.
Mobil Asbun kaki-kakinya sudah beberapa kali kena masalah, kata montir ini karena sering dipakai di jalan rusak. Asbun beberapa kali berpikir untuk ganti mobil off road dengan ban jumbo, supaya lebih nyaman pergi ke kantor. Tapi karena istri Asbun telanjur suka sama mobil yang sekarang maka Asbun terpaksa tidak jadi ganti mobil. Supaya pengeluaran tidak boros karena sering servis kaki mobil maka Asbun akhirnya beli sepeda motor dan berangkat ke kantor naik motor.
Naik motor memang lebih enak karena walaupun kesiangan tetap bisa nyelip-nyelip diantara kemacetan, waktu tempuh bisa berkurang sampai 25 %. Tapi Kalau dulu kaki mobil yang sering kena masalah sekarang pinggang dan bahu Asbun yang tiap minggu mesti diservis ke tukang pijit. Gara-gara jalanan yang bopeng naik motor jadi lebih melelahkan, badan terguncang-guncang, belum lagi harus selalu siap bermanuver meliak-liuk menghindari kubangan di tengah jalan, pinggul, bahu dan kaki semua bekerja ekstra keras.
Dulu Asbun selalu setel pikirannya untuk bersyukur karena masih ada 67 % jalanan yang tidak rusak, ini sebuah mekanisme psikologis yang naluriah supaya kewarasan tidak terganggu. Tapi setelah Asbun melihat jumlah setoran pajaknya, sekarang ini tiap bergumul dengan jalanan bopeng perasaan dongkol menggelegak. Gerutuan selalu mengiringi perjalannya mengarungi kubangan dan bebatuan yang berserak. Permakluman dan rasa syukur imitasi yang dulu selalu dipegangnya teguh sekarang tercecer entah ke mana.
Sekarang yang berkecamuk di hati Asbun adalah perasaan dicurangi, diakali, dikhianati. Bertahun-tahun pajak dipotongkan dari gajinya, entah sudah berapa ratus juta jumlahnya. Belum lagi pajak kendaraan, pajak rumah dll. Tapi kenapa hanya untuk mencapai tempat kerjanya, yang harus ditempuhnya tiap hari, dia masih harus sengsara ? Kenapa tiap hari dia harus meresikokan dirinya kena hernia karena gunjangan repetitif yang menahun ?
Berapa sih biaya perbaikan jalan 7,5 kilo yang lebarnya cuma 6 meter ? Dikemanakan uangnya yang disunat tiap tahun ?…. Sekarang Asbun rupanya tidak hanya butuh tukang pijit tapi juga psikolog atau mungkin dukun…

pajak yang kita bayar sepenuhnya masuk ke kas negara dan dialokasikan ke masing2 departemen untuk dipergunakan untuk pembangunan. masalahnya di departemen ini yg banyak “tikus”nya..akhirnya pembangunan tidak berjalan 100%. Disamping itu pemda dki yg sudah dapat pajak dari kendaraan bermotor juga tidak mau rugi untuk pengeluaran perbaikan jalan…akhirnya..yah seperti ini…kapan yah kita bisa berubah..???

petugas pajak di KPP itu cm melakukan administrasi dan pengawasan pembayaran dan pelaporan pajak doang. Masalah penggunaan uang negara itu dah urusan masing2 departemen/instansi.Klo jalan berlubang, ya komplainnya ke Dinas PU di masing2 pemda. Bukan ke pajak/KPP.
percaya atau gk percaya dgn orang pajak, itu hak siapapun jg. yg penting, sebelum ngomong harus tahu dulu ilmunya, masalahnya, asal usulnya. jgn asal njeplak…..

Pengalaman ASBUN bukan rekayasa, saya kerja Depok - Tangerang dengan menggunakan motor, lewat Depok - Sawangan - Pamulang - Serpong - Tangerang, sialnya 40% jalannya rusak terutama di Pamulang wuiiih macet gara2 lubang menganga di tengah jalan, saya sendiri pernah jatuh dan nyaris celaka (terlindas mobil dari belakang) gara-gara lubang tersebut, Indonesia kaya, duit kampanye melimpah, tapi jalan rusak berat , Ironis, Bayar pajak..???, saya jelas2 ogah bayar pajak, karena Indonesia masih ranking 3 untuk masalah korupsi, wah engak deh bayar pajak kalo buat di korupsi..salam

Sloganya “ORANG TA’AT BAYAR PAJAK” jadi kalo gak bayar Pajak gak ada salah paling dicap gak TA’AT, di Indonesia aneh tapi gak AJAIB Uang Pajak katanya untuk Pembangunan jd kalo gak bayar Pajak mungkin Pembangunan Melempem makanya RAKYAT diuber dan DIPAKSA untuk bayar PAJAK kalo TERLAMBAT Denda, TERLAMBAT lagi terus DISITA pokoknya kalo urusan PAJAK MEMAJAK- PUNGUT MEMUNGUT orang Indonesia AHLINYA liat aja PETUGAS PAJAK GEMUK-GEMUK bahkan GENDUT trus yang ngurus JALAN PADA KAYA jalan di tambal tapi GOT dibiarkan mengalir ke badan jalan, saluran pembuangan air MAMPET begimana gak BERLUBANG alias HANCUR jalan, sudah kualitasnya jalannya jelek ditambah kerjanya ASAL - ASALAN kalo ada pembangunan yang pake TENAGA ASING tenaga kerja Indonesia cemburu bahkan marah tapi NAMBAL JALAN AJA GAK BECUS…. Masalah jalan berlobang itu gak ada kaitannya sama pegawai pajak mas….
Itu kaitannya sama instansi yang terkait misalnya PU dan Pemda
ilmunya sederhananya begini:
Pajak, laba BUMN, penjualan ini dan itu, utang —> dikumpulin jadi satu
trus di masukkan ke —-> KAS NEGARA
dari KAS NEGARA —-> dibagi-bagi ke Departeman, istansi, subsidi, bagian pemda
Nahh dari sini uang itu dijalankan.. misalnya departemen kesehatan yaa untuk membangun fasilitas kesehatan
Departemen pendidikan yaa untuk membangun pendidikan.. dan masalah jalan berlubang itu kaitannya sama PU dan Pemda… JADI GAK ADA KAITANNYA SAMA PAJAK.
Sebuah dialog nihh…

Bayar pajak wajib, tapi penggunaannya yg harus qt diawasi, untuk apa itu semua. Kalo jalan jelek memang penyakit lama (PENYAKIT KETURUNAN) coba saja tiap mau lebaran Menteri PU dapat dipastikan akan ngomong -7 hari jalan akan beres (terutama PANTURA), emang cuma pakai omong doang, nanti tahun depan begitu lagi, coba perhatikan itu Menteri PU kalo omong, asbun (asal bunyi) ini berulang ganti Menteri sama saja, asbun, mau dibawa kemana ini Republik

Begini ya mas, anggaran rutin kita lebih besar daripada anggaran pembangunan. Anggaran rutin itu utk gaji PNS, Polisi, Tentara, Menteri Anggota Dewan dll, sementara anggaran pembangunan untuk bangun jalan, beli alat perang baru, bangun jembatan, gedung dll. Belom lagi kualitas material yg payah, baru diaspal udah rusak, kualitas disiplin yg payah, truk berat lewat jalan utama, sharusnya ada jalan alternatif, tiap truk berat sebelum keluar dari lokasi proyek harus disiram agar bersih dari lumpur dulu baru boleh masuk ke jalan raya.. gitu loch…, kualitas perencanaan yg payah, jalan bagus2 digali-gali untuk jaringan kabel lah, pipa gas lah, bangsa ini jorok , buang sampah di parit, gorong-gorong sebesar body pesawat hercules pun bakal tersumbat kalau terus-terus ditimbuni sampah, akhirnya jalan banjir, kekuatan aspal jadi berkurang… kompleks khan masalahnya…? Solusi : DISIPLIN, MAINTENANCE, KONSISTENSI (dalam penegakkan disiplin maupun maintenance tadi).

Bayar pajak cape deeehh, Gw byr pjk sih cuma buat amaaalll doang buat pribadi gw sih gak ada untungnya. Yg untung yah cuma PNS, Polisi, Tentara, Menteri aggota dewan dll. Kalo diluar negri byr pjk gede jg gak apa2; Tua dpt pensiun, nganggur dpt tunjangan, sakit dpt pengobatan gratis, sekolah gratis, dll. disini selain golongan diatas yg lainnya nya mah gigit jari doang. Kalo di pikir2 pjk di Indon (pake istilah org malaysia) berlipat-lipat coba pikir; Gaji yg dah dipotong pjk lalu dikumpulin; kalo mkn direstoran byr pjk, kalo beli bensin byr pjk, byr listrik byr pjk, beli kendaraan byr pjk, beli elektronik byr pjk, beli baju byr pjk, blm lg byr pjk rmh, dll. Semua dipajakin dan musti dibyr ama duit yg udah dipotong pjk. Ada yg bilang itu mah pjk kenikmatan, kalo gak mau byr pjk lg jgn menikmati ktnya, geblek kali kalo gak boleh menikmati yaa ekonomi bakal mati, gak ada pergerakan perdagangan, dll., padahal kan pengusahanya jg nanti kan kena pjk yang namanya PPH. Gimana org Indon mo bisa kaya, segalanya dipajakin, coba deh pikir bener gak pendapat gw. Makanya selain golongan yg diatas, byr pjk mah cuma kesel doooaaang!. Kapan ya Indonesia bisa kaya negara maju?

Dulu, ada orang pajak yang memeriksa di kantor saya, malah nanya “Mau di buka atau di tutup”
Bingung waktu itu apa maksudnya, eh ternyata maksudnya di tutup nggak perlu di audit yang panjang dan melelahkan cukup bayar sekian ratus jita ke petugas itu……dan beres. GILA…
Kayak di sambar petir rasanya, apakah semua pegawai pajak bagian audit mentalnya seperti itu.
TUHAN, kenapa mereka itu wajahnya tetap putih bersih bagai malaikat walau hatinya bagai binatang buas dan rakus…….

ada skala prioritas. mana yang mesti didahulukan pengerjaannya dulu. barangkali ada ruas jalan lagi yang lebih parah dari yang biasa dilalui pak Asbun. atau barangkali dana pajak digunakan untuk membangun rumah sakit yang mungkin lebih penting..
tidak menutup kemungkinan juga kalau pajak dikorupsi.. ya to..

Kalo masalah penggunaan APBN di negara ini, kayak buat bangun and perbaikan jalan kagak ada hubungannya ama orang pajak bro aditya…jangan sembarangan omongnya…..

untuk kayin fauzi, kalu ente tidak salah kenapa takut bilang aje dibuka aje MAN, tapi khan kebanyakan ente eh perusahaan ente kerja kagak jujur bayar pajaknya suka nilep jadi deh ente juga ditilep, makanya kalau jujur kenapa takut diperiksa……dan kalau juga ente punya perusahaan anti korupsi ya jangan suka main suap petugas, kadang kita orang masih sewot dengan pejabat korupsi, petugas korupsi…tapi kita tidak sadar bahwa diri kita ikut andil di dalamnya, misalnya kalau kita salah dalam berkendara kita lebih lega kalau bayar petugas, kalau mau urus sesuatu kita lebih suka pake calo atau mau cepat kita suka kasih tip…nah semua itu kita yang buat kesempatan. JADI MULAI SEKARANG KALAU KITA MEMANG BERSIH DAN SUDAH TAAT BUAT APA PAKE SUAP UNTUK URUS SESUATU DAN BUAT APA TAKUT DIPERIKSA PETUGAS PAJAK KALAU PAJAK YANG KITA ( PERUSAHAN KITA) BAYAR UDA BENAR….NAH ….JANGAN BUAT KESEMPATAN ATAU PELUANG UNTUK KORUPSI

tapi EMANG BENER BAHWA CERITA SI ASBUN EMANG GAK ADA HUBUNGANNYA sama instansi pajak..
